These two. These locations. Just perfection! And trust me, the session was just as fun as it looks! We went to a couple of different spots for Brady and Coletta’s rural Texas engagement session. We shot on a road, in a gorgeous field at golden hour and ended it being surrounded by sunflowers. The sunflowers are my personal favorite part. I love sessions like these where we get to use a few different spots.
It’s always important to me to deliver a wide variation of photos to clients. That variation comes from different poses, locations, outfits, emotions, etc. And while I am the biggest fan of urban engagement sessions, there’s also nothing quite like a rural Texas engagement session like this one. Top it off with golden hour, and you have pure magic.
Golden hour brings a whole new life and feels to the photos. It makes everything feel so “movie-like” to me. The kind of scene in a movie where the b-roll is playing at the happy part of the movie where it feels like nothing could go wrong before it inevitably does. Kind of like that.
