The Location
I photographed Michael and Sarah’s beautiful Oak Point Park engagement session in the glow of golden hour. Located in Oak Point Park and Reserve, it is Plano’s largest park! It is 800 acres and extends from Parker Road on the south to Chaparral Road on the north and from Spring Creek Parkway on the west to Los Rios Boulevard on the east. The park has nearly eight miles of concrete trails and five miles of soft surface trails located along Rowlett Creek. Nature trails are open from sunrise to sunset daily. It was absolutely gorgeous and such a special location for these two to have their session in.
Their Session
One of my favorite parts of their session was their sweet little (or not-so-little) pup that tagged along. I also loved that we knew each other prior to the meeting! We have actually worked together before at a wedding in 2020. They are both videographers and I get to do their wedding next year which is so incredibly exciting! We shot in the glow of golden hour, it was just so darn breathtaking!
