Coming up with wedding day ideas to make the day more unique is a great way to make it more catered to you and your partner. It helps the day to feel more like “you”. And there are countless things you can do to make your wedding day more unique to your interests, hobbies, and to you two as a couple. So let’s dive into it! Here are 5 ideas of things you can do to make your wedding day more unique!

01. HAVE A FOOD TRUCK

First of all, we have the ‘ol reliable, a food truck! These are sure to be a fan favorite and are a great aspect to include on your wedding day at the reception. Obsessed with a certain kind of food? Have it catered in food truck form at your reception. This is a perfect way to add a little bit of a laid-back feel to your day!

02. INCLUDE YOUR FUR BABY

Have your sweet pup join you at the altar. Or, have them come down the aisle to you and act as the ring bearer. If your pet is more like family to you, this is a great way to include them in your day and in the photos!

03. GET A BOUNCY HOUSE

Another really fun aspect you can include in your day… a bouncy house! Whether it’s just for the kiddos that attend, or adults too, this is another amazing way to add more fun into the day. And I must also add, they make for such cool photos too!

04. HAVE A LIVE MUSICIAN OR BAND

Instead of a DJ, have a live band play at your reception, or a violinist play along to the music as you walk down the aisle. If you are a music lover this is a great way to incorporate it into your day in a special way!

05. PLAN A PRIVATE LAST DANCE

Last but not least, plan a private last dance into your schedule right before you do your big exit. Doing this will create an extra intimate moment to wrap up your special day with your partner. The more alone time and special moments you can pack into your day, the better!
